更新 ports tree

複製並修改 /usr/share/example/cvsup/ports-supfile，將 default host 改為要使用的 cvsup site （例如：cvsup.tw.freebsd.org）。接著，執行以下指令：

csup -g -L 2 /path/to/ports-supfile

更新完 ports tree 後，還要更新 index。切換到 /usr/ports，執行：

make fetchindex
